Essa Therapy is a powerful state of energetic presence and chanelled healing. Within this healing presence, you can feel held, nurtured and accepted.
The name Essa goes back to an ancient time and place where healing was a part of everyday life and community.
I combines various modalities as needed by the individual. The mixture of intuitive counselling, cards and reiki healing provide wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Instead of seeing various practitioners, I provide healing with a twist ! Therefore I aim to involve a variety of modalities into a program. This program is co-created through a person centred approach.
I am a qualified counsellor who needed to be able to provide more to my clients, depending on their needs. Although I have learned alot, I could not be boxed into only providing clinical counselling or career counselling. Once the unconscious becomes conscious, I hold space for transformation of energy to take place.
Although I facilitate healing, you choose the level of healing needed, with a gentle approach from your higher self.
I provide an angelic frequency, a caring human non-judgmetal and person-centred approach, and time and space for you. Through the exploration of your current energy – you can understand your blocks and to begin to empower yourself to make any required changes. Everything is energy – transforming energy is where the magic happens.
Seeking assistance is very courageous and allows you to take a step forward. The mind, body and soul are amazing, and want to work for you, if you allow yourself, otherwise, that which you resist – will persist.
